"We cannot tell the precise moment" poem on mini card box.

This was so much fun to make. I found the poem from someone's blog. (If it was yours please let me know so I can give credit where credit is due.) Glued cheesecloth on edges and drew in with needle and thread anchoring with a shell bead. CLICK ON IMAGE TO SEE DETAILS.

  1. Sandra, I love the sentiment, as well as the vessel which you created to display it! The cheesecloth is my favorite feature of the piece, because it lends such a fabulous texture to it! Where do you find cheesecloth? Is it vintage/antique, or can you still find new pieces of it to purchase?

Also, thanks so much for lovely remarks on my blog, in regards to my recent ventures in publishing! They made my day!

  3. Thanks for both of your comments. In response to Jenny's question about where to purchase the cheesecloth - I think you still can get it in the dry goods section where they sell canning jars etc. Check in canning season. I stocked up on it so haven't had to buy it recently. Make sure you get the cotton not polyester as it will take on dyes much better. Sandra
